  3. Mix wheat flour with salt and water make into a dough, keep for 20 minutes,
  4. Divide the dough, make into balls, roll out in small circle keep aside roll another ball in same size put some filling in center of one circle
  5. And cover with other one press them together to seal the sides roll out again to make a roti,
  6. Heat tawa, fry paratha by adding ghee on both sides make golden brown.
  7. Serve with dahi and achar or any kind of chutni which do you like
