  1. Boil eggs and remove their shell.. eggs must be hard boiled.
  2. Now, cut eggs vertically in 4 pieces. Make corn flour and maida medium thick slury. Add salt and pepper in slury and mix well.
  3. Now, dip the eggs pieces in the slury and deep fry them. Light golden fried eggs. Just keep them aside.
  4. Add 2 t.spoon butter in a pan and then add green onions. Keep some greens for garnish. Saute the onions till translucent. Now add ginger garlic and saute for almost 30 sec.
  5. Now add capsicum and cabbage. Let them cook for 1 min. Now add green chilli sauce and soya souce tomato katch up and mix them well. Cover and cook completely.
  6. Now add fried eggs and add salt and pepper as per your taste. The gravy must coat eggs well. Garnish with coriander leaves and green onions' greens.
