The ingredients needed to cook PAVAKKA THEEYAL/KAYAPAKA PULI/BITTER GOURD CURRY:
- Take 2 medium Bitter Gourd
- Get 1 onion sliced
- Get 4 tbsp Coconut
- Provide 1/4 cup Tamarind Extract
- You need 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- Use 4-5 Dry red chillies
- Get 1 tsp black peppercorns
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin

- Wash and clean the Bitter Gourd. Slice them finely. You can add salt and keep aside for few minutes and then squeeze the water away. The bitterness will be less.
