- Provide 1 cup Yoghurt
- Get 1/4 cup mixed frozen Berry/fresh Berry
- Prepare 6-7 Walnuts or Almonds
- You need 1 small Apple or any other fruit you like
- Take 1 tablespoon Honey
- Use 1 Mint leaf to garnish
Instructions to make Delightful Quick Oats Parfait:
- Take one cup of rolled oats and dry roast in medium heat for about 5 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
- Take 1/4th cup of mixed berries like strawberry and blueberry and blend them to make pulp. You can take fresh or frozen berries. I am using frozen berries.
- Take 1/2 cup of yoghurt and add the prepared berry pulp along with honey and mix well. You can add sugar if you like in the mixture. I don't like my morning parfait too sweet.
- Take a glass jar of your convenience. You can use any serving bowl of your choice.
- Make a layer of the berry-yoghurt mixture at the bottom of the jar. Use half of the mixture to make layer.
- Next add some toasted oats, crushed nuts and also some apple cubes.
- Now add some regular yoghurt to make a white layer.
- Repeat the process by adding toasted oats, crushed nuts and apple cubes. Top layer will be with berry-yoghurt mixture. Garnish with some berry pulp or fresh berry, crushed nuts and a mint leaf.
