- Take 250 gm Maida(All-purpose flour)
- Take 1/4 cup curd
- Provide 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions to make Mini Pizza:
- First of all take 2 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour in a bowl,add 2 tsp oil,1tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder..1/4 cup curd and mix it well.
- To activate yeast take 3 tbsp warm water in the bowl..add yeast and stir it. Keep this aside for 10 minutes.
- Then add activated yeast in a bowl..add water according to need and make a soft dough..knead it for 5 minutes..cover it with a lid and give it rest for 15 minutes.
- Make three equal portion of dough..
- Let's prepare vegetables for topping s.In a bowl take chopped onions, tomatoes,capsicum and boiled corn.
- Add red chilli sauce, schwan sauce and 1 tbsp tomato sauce to the mixture. Add chilli flakes and oregano in it and mix it.
- Let's make pizza base.for that take one portion of dough and roll it in rectangular shape with the help of pin.Then make some holes on the base with the fork
- Now preheat OTG for 10 minutes.grease baking tray.Then put pizza base in a preheated OTG for 10 minutes…Bake it on both sides.
- Then apply butter on the top of the pizza. Spread mix vegetables on the pizza base.Grate cheese on it and again put it in the oven for 5 minutes to bake…till the cheese melted and pizza base becomes crispy at bottom.
- After 10 to 15 minutes check the pizza base…it's become crisp. Take out from the OTG and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on it.
- Cut it into square pieces…6 pieces from 1 pizza base…Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
