- Provide 500 grams Wheat flour
- Prepare 200 grams Fenugreek seeds
- Provide 100 grams Edible gum
- Prepare 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- Prepare 1/2 cup Walnut (Chopped)
- Use 1/4 cup Melon seeds
- Take 300 grams Jaggery
- Provide 300 ml Milk

- Now put the rest of the ghee in this Kadhi and fry the wheat flour on a low flame, stirring it from time to time.
- When the aroma starts coming out of the wheat flour and colour is golden brown, make some space in the middle of the kadhai and press the jaggery inside it.
- After 5 to 7 minutes, with the help of a big spoon mix the jaggery into the flour. It will be melted easily by getting the heat of flour. - At this time we will close our gas.
