  1. Marinate chicken pieces with little salt, black pepper, cornflour, garlic paste and the beaten egg. Fry the pieces in low flame till chicken is tender.In the remaining oil stir fry the chopped capsicum.Set aside.Fry the chopped green chillies and set aside.

In the remaining oil add the crushed ginger and garlic.Then add the cubed onion and fry till transparent.Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce and hot and sweet tomato sauce.Add little chicken stock, capsicum,salt to taste, ajinomoto, food colour and bring to boil.Dip the chicken pieces in the sauce and add little cornflour paste to thicken the gravy so that it coats the chicken.Garnish with fried green chillies, a handful of chopped spring onion and coriander leaves.
