- Prepare 2 Eggs
- You need 1 tsp Pepper
- Get 4 Tortillas/Chapatis
- Get As Per Requirement Oil
- Get 1 tsp Schezwan Pepper
Steps to make Chicken Manchurian Kathi Roll:
- Filling/Stuffing : Heat oil in a cooking pan and add schezwan pepper, once they are fried take them out and add chopped ginger and chopped garlic. Con till it loses the raw smell

- Assembling : Break eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
- Pour oil in another non-stick pan and put one tortilla on it. Pour little egg mixture on tortilla and spread all over it
