Now spread the last layer, paneer mixture n cover with 4th slice of bread. Press gently. Put little butter in grill pan n roast the sandwich on both sides till golden.
  7. Now arrange the sandwich in a plate. Cut it into 4 equal parts. Spread mithi chutney over it. Then sprinkle some sev & cheddar cheese over it. Garnish with coriander leaves, tomato n chat masala.
