  4. Prepare 6 oz Fresh soft mozzarella cheese (in liquid)
  5. You need 1 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  6. Take 1 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  7. You need 2 tsp No Salt seasoning
  8. Get 2 tsp Onion Powder
  9. You need 3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. Clean tomatoes, removing ALL seeds & "guts", and slice into very small square pieces. You want to use only the fleshy part.

  3. Once tomatoes are cut and in the bowl, add the no salt seasoning, fresh garlic, and the onion powder, so that the flavors can blend while you're preparing the rest.
  4. Clean green onions & use a sharp knife to slice into thin discs. *Do not use a chopper for these, as that will smash them to mush πŸ‘Ž
  5. Next, add all the onion to the tomatoes and mix together.
  6. Now slice up the fresh mozzarella into tiny square pieces about the same size as the tomato pieces and add to mixture.
  7. Remove the leaves from the fresh basil plant and slice into thin strips, then again sideways into little pieces and add to mixture.
  8. Lastly, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese all over, and top with the olive oil. Stir lightly and it is ready to serve! *caution: very addicting!
