- Gosht me tamam cheze dal ke galne take pakaye
- Oil garam karein usme pyaz dal ke fry jab brown hne lage adrak lehsan paste dal ke 2 minutes bhuney
- Ab yakhni me se gosht nikal ke pyaz me shamil kar ke bhuney
- Ab isme hari mirchey, dahi, zeera powder, namak or jaifal javitri powder dal dein or mix b krln(maine 1 aloo b shamil kia hai qk gosht nh khati I like aloo most)
- Low flame kar ke 2 minutes tak ache se bhun lein. Ab isme yakhni ka pani chan ke dal dein
