  1. You need Asorted(cow intestines)
  2. Get Pkomo(cow skin)
  3. Take Stockfish
  4. Prepare Dry cat fish

  1. Wash assorted intestines with warm water and salt, wash pkomo with clean water and chop into desired sizes, then wash stockfish and Dry fish with warm water and a pinch of salt, wash Okoro and chop/grate into desired sizes.
