- Mix wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water slowly and as needed.
- Peel and wash and Grate radish. Squeeze it's water by pressing them in your palms. Ensure that all water is squeezed completely. Add all other remaining ingredients for stuffing and mix well.
- Take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make a chapatti. Place a portion of filling in it and then fold it in the centre making a ball. Press it and roll paratha.
