  19. Get 2 tbsp chopped coriander

  21. Take as needed Ghee for shallow frying

Steps to make 2G Paratha:
  1. For dough
  2. Mix all the ingredients and add enough water to bind medium soft dough and keep aside.
  3. Then heat oil and put cumin and asafoetida and allow to crackle.
  4. Then add green chilli paste and saute for a while
  5. Then add carrots and cabbage and saute till it gets cooked
  6. Then add turmeric, sugar, dry mango powder, red chilli powder, chole masala, chaat masala and mix.
  7. Then add salt and mix well
  8. Lastly add coriander and mix well and keep aside
  9. Now make ball of the dough and roll on wheat flour and place on rolling plate
  10. Roll to a roti and place the stuffing to half portion of the roti
  11. Fold to a semi circle and seal the edges with a fork
  12. Shallow fry on hot tawa using ghee till golden on both the sides.
  13. Cook on both sides
  14. Serve hot with ketchup
