- You need 1/2 Chicken breast
- You need 1/4 piece Mentaiko
- Get 1/3 of a full size sheet Nori seaweed
- Prepare 1 pinch of each Salt and pepper
- Provide 1 dash Sake
Instructions to make Chicken and Mentaiko Rolls:
- Cut the chicken in half and cover with plastic wrap. Pound with a rolling pin to flatten.
