The ingredients needed to cook Walnut Mawa Cake:
- Take 1/2 tin condensed milk
- Prepare 75 gm mawa(khoya)
- You need 4 tbsp butter
- Take 150 gm maida
- Prepare 1 tbsp baking powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp soda bi carbonate
- Provide 3/4 cup milk
- Get 4 tbsp sugar powder to dissolve in milk

- Seive trice maida, baking powder and soda- bi- carb mixture. Divide into 4 parts.. keep aside. Dissolve powder sugar in milk.. keep aside.
- As you start preparing for cake batter..on the oven for preheat..on High temperature of 250C for 10 mins.
- In mixing bowl add butter,beat till fluffy,add condensed milk and beat till fluffy.

- Pour the prepared batter in 6" grease square tin.

- Cover the cake tin with aluminium foil. Place in preheated oven. Bake on High250C for 10 mins,lower the temperature at180C, bake for 40 mins..or till done.
- Cool for 1/2 hour,then remove in flat plate. Cut into cubes.
