- Palak cut kar lein aur 1 glass pani daal kar boil krlen,Aur phr grind krlen.
- Aik pan lein us mein ghee daalen aur sabut garam masala daal kar fry karein aur sth he grind ki hoi palak daal kar achi tarah bhoon lein.
- Jab palak ghee chorr dey us mein aik glass doodh daal kar aur achi tarah bhoon lein.
- Aik pan mein ghee daal kar us mein adrak lehsan ka paste daalen aur kacha pn door kar lein.
- Phr is mein chicken aur sarey masaley daal kar bhoon lein.
- Dahi add karein aur curry pata daal kar achi tarah pakayen jab tak masala ghee na chorr de.
- Phr is mein done hoi palak add kar ke 1 glass pani daalen aur halki anch par rakh dein.
- Handi mein gosht sabat garam masala,sonf, zeera, sokha dhnia, piyaz aur lehsan daal kar aik jug pani daal kar yakhni tayar kar lein.
