- You need 3 bunches managu
- Provide 3/4 litre milk or cream
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 onion- chopped
Instructions to make Managu:
- First i started by removing the leaves from the managu branches and then put to boil in a sufuria until tender. This should be for 20 to 30 minutes
- When boiling do not add too much water add 1 and 1/2 cups of water. the water should dry off.
- In a different sufuria, fry the chopped onion until slighty brown.
- Add the boiled Managu while continuing to stir. Then add salt to taste.
- Reduce the heat to low heat then just allow the managu to simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Add either cream or milk. I preferred milk because. it was easily affordable.
- Cook for about 8 minutes and serve.
