- Take 1 tbsp condensed milk
- Use 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate
- Prepare Pinch Red and green food colour
- Get 2 tbsp Grated dry coconut
Steps to make Chocolate pan ladoo:
- Melt dark chocolate in double boiler. Cut biscuits in to small pieces. Then grind it in mixer. Now add condensed milk, dry fruits, dark chocolate to this biscuit powder.
- Mix it properly with hands. Now knead it and make a soft dough. Now grind 3 leaves of pan in mixer. Then after add gulkhand in it and mix it very well.
- Roll the dough in to small balls shapes with the hands of both the hands. Make a hole in between the laddoo and fill mixer of pan and gulkhand in it. Again fold it with the help of both the hands and cover the laddoo. Now make 2 parts of dry coconut powder.
- Add green colour in 1 part and mix it pply with ur hands. Take 2nd part of dry coconut powder and add red colour to it and mix it very well with the help of hands. Now roll this laddoo in both the coloured grated coconut powder.
