Instructions to make Pulao Biryani:
- First add mutton, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, and 4 glass water.
- Now add onion and all the whole spices to make mutton yakhni. When meat tender strain yakhni and through all the whole spices.
- In a pan add oil and brown onion, now add mutton fry for a while. Now add potatoes, green chili, salt, aloo Bukhara, to cook when potatoes done add yougurt, Garam masala pwd, Jaifal jawatri pwd.
- Add strain mutton yakhni in masala, and salt and soaked rice. Cook on high flame for 5 mins, when water dries put them in dum.
- Last add kewra water with orange food colour. Sprinkle brown onion.
