- Parboil the sweet potatoes with skin
- Now peel the skin cut it into roundels
- In a bowl on workstation take olive oil,garlic paste,red chilli flex,origeno,mint leaves,tamarind jaggery chutney,coriander leaves,black salt mix well,add salt too
- To the above bowl mix the sweet potatoes and give dhungar of charcoal and cover the bowl for 15 minutes
