- You need 2 tb sp pumpkin seeds
- Get 1 onion
- Prepare 1 Tomato
- You need 1 " piece ginger

- Use 1 tsp cumin seeds
- You need 1 tb sp kasuri methi
- Provide 2 tb sp cooking oil

- You need 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

- Wash peel and chop onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli. Grate tomatoes.
- Grind it in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grinded paste in it and cook on low flame till it turn thick or leaves the sides of wok. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, kasuri methi and turmeric powder and mix well.
