- Take 4-5 Tablespoons oil
- Provide 1 Teaspoon green chillies paste

- You need 1 Teaspoon gram flour
- Get 2 Sukhi Red chillies
- Prepare 2 Tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 1/2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

- Provide 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon dried Fenugreek (kasuri methi)
- Take As required Garnishing: Dhania leaves and green chilli
Steps to make Dhaba style Egg Curry:
- Boil eggs and remove it's skin when it gets cool.Then switch on the gas and place a pot there and add some oil and little turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder and fry eggs with them for 2 to 3 mins.
- Now remove the eggs to a plate and in the same pot add more oil and add there Zeera, chopped onions, giner garlic paste and saute it for 2 mins. Now add Zeera powder, dhania powder, red chilli powder, and fry the masala and now add tomato Puree to it and add salt. Mix it properly.
- Now add garam masala, mix 1 Teaspoon of gram flour with little water and make a paste and pour that paste to the gravy and fry it for some time. Now add crushed kasuri methi, garam masala to the gravy and cook it for 4 to 5 mins. Now add Eggs to the gravy and cover the lid again cook it for 2 to 3 mins. It's done turn off the flame. Serve it with rice or Parantha. Garnish it with coriander leaves and green chilli.
