The ingredients needed to cook Easy Tomato Pickle:
- Prepare 1 kg Tomatoes ripe ones
- Provide 1 tbsp Salt
- You need 3-4 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- Provide 1 tbsp Oil
- Get FOR DRY ROASTING -
- Prepare 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- Provide 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- Provide 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Take 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- Prepare FOR THE TEMPERING -
- Prepare 1/2 cup Oil
- You need 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- You need 5-6 Dry Red Chillies
- You need 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
Instructions to make Easy Tomato Pickle:
- Wash all the tomatoes, pat dry and chop fine. In a pot, heat Oil and add the chopped garlic. After half a minute of sauteeing, add the tomatoes. Cover and cook on high heat. Keep checking and stirring in between. After about 10 minutes, the tomatoes would have become tender.
