- Take 250 gm Spinach
- Take 1 bowl blanched corns
- You need 1 tbsp ghee
- Provide 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Coriander powder

- Prepare 1 inch ginger
Instructions to make Palak Corn Curry:
- Blanch spinach or palak for 3-4 min. on medium flame with adding 1 pinch of salt. Keep it too cool than make a puree of it with adding ginger and green chilli into mixer grinder.
- Heat ghee into pan on medium flame add cumin seeds and carrom seeds saute for few seconds. Than add garlic and onion saute till it's golden colour.
- Add tomatoes saute till it's cooked than add coriander powder, Red chilli powder and garam masala powder and fry for 1-2 min.
- Now add spinach puree and fry till it's release their oil. Now add blanched corns mix it well.
- Now add salt, water and cook 3-4 min. On low flame to absorb all the flavors. Than add kasuri methi and mix it well.
- Now add fresh cream, mix it well. Now it's done, switch off the flame than transfer it into serving bowl and garnish with tomato.. Serve it with rice or Roti..
