  3. You need 1 cup Dry Coconut

  6. Take 1/2 Cup Coriander
  7. Prepare 4 Hot Green Chilli
  8. Get 1 Onion Thin Sliced
  9. Prepare 1 Tomato Finely chopped
  10. Provide 5-6 Curry Leaves
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  12. Take 1/2 tbsp Black Masala
  13. Use 1 tsp Ciba Hing
  14. Get 1/2 tbsp Ciba Chicken Masala
  15. You need 1 tsp Jeera
  16. Provide 1 tsp Turmeric
  17. Use Salt as per taste
  18. Get Coriander for Garnish
Instructions to make Gavran Chicken Sukka:
  1. Slice dry coconut and dry roast it. Then take roasted coconut, Green Chilli, Coriander, Garlic and ginger in Mortar & Pestle and make a coarse paste.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai (Curry Pot) and add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Sliced Onion and Curry Leaves and fry it till Onion gets Golden Brown. Then add above-made paste. Saute it till paste become light golden brown.
  3. Later add Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ciba Chicken Masala and Homemade Black Masala. Saute it till it separates oil.
  4. Now add chicken, and salt as per taste. Mix it and add around 1 cup (or little more if needed) of water. And let the chicken cook perfectly. Add more water if it needs. Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the flame.
  5. Garnish it with coriander & wedge of lemon and onion and serve it with Bhakri.
