The ingredients needed to cook 2 in1- Paneer Burfi.(instant kalakand):
- Take 200 gm paneer.(crumbled)
- You need 750 ml milk
- Get 1 &1/2 cup milk powder or 150 gm mawa
- You need as needed Few saffron strands (soaked in lil milk.)
- Use 2 tbsp gulkand
- Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Get 1 tbsp chocolate powder
- Take 3/4 cup sugar or as per sweetness
- Take 1 tbsp ghee
- Take as needed Some pista flakes for garnishing
Instructions to make 2 in1- Paneer Burfi.(instant kalakand):
- First take a non stick pan…add milk and bring it to boil… simmer the flame..Add kesar milk.. and cook till milk reduce 1/4.
