  1. In 1tspn hot oil add asafoetida,panch foron masala & chopped onion.
  2. Add cubed potato & 1spn each of turmeric & red chilli powder.
  3. Add peas & salt.Cook till soft & then switch off the flame.
  4. Make a parantha from the dough of flour,carom seeds, salt & oil.
  5. Place the potato stuffing on the top of the parantha.
  6. Fold the top & cut vertical lines below the fold part.
  7. Roll the vertical lines into ring.
  8. Deep fry the samosa in hot oil till golden brown & crisp.
  9. Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
