- In a pressure cooker add 4 tablespoon of oil add cinnamon stick and bay leaf and onion and saute
- Now add ginger garlic, dhaniya and zeera paste and saute
- Now add soaked chana dal add haldi,salt and red chilli powder
- Now add tomatoes and crushed garlic chilli paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Add the vegetables
- Add 1 tsp meat masala and sauté for 5 mins
- Add water if required and pressure cook for 1 whistle
- Open the cooker and add the crushed fish heads and mix well
- Add coriander leaves and mix well
