- Get 3/4 cup rava/sooji
- You need 2 medium boiled potatoes
- Provide 4 sp corn flour
- Use 2 sp peanuts
- You need 2 sp almonds
- Use 2 sp resins

- Prepare 1 sp chat masala

- In a kadai add 1cup water,1/2sp salt,2sp oil and let it boil and turn off flame.
- Then add rava and mix it well and keep covered for 10min.
- Now grate the potato es and mix with rava,corn flour to form a dough like.
- Heat oil and keep medium heat fill the sev maker with rava potato dough and press sev directly in oil and fry till crisp golden.
- Now in remaining oil fry peanuts,almonds,resins,curry leaves and add salt sugar and chat masala and fried sev mix altogether well. Crispy sev namkeen is ready to munch.
