The ingredients needed to cook Amritsari Chole:
  1. Get 2 cup chole/safed chana (soaked for 4-5 hours)
  2. Take 2 tbsp chana dal(soaked for 4-5 hours)
  3. Use 2 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 3 tsp dhania powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Use 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  7. You need 1/4 tsp hing
  8. Use 1/2 tsp ajwain
  9. Prepare 3-4 tsp chana masala powder
  10. You need 1/2 tsp kala namak
  11. Provide 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
  12. Prepare 1 tsp kasoori methi
  13. You need 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  14. Take 4-5 tsp refined oil/olive oil
  15. Get 2 cups tea leaves water (only for black colour)

  4. Add slit green chillies, ginger juliens and coriander leaves. Mix it again and switch off the gas. Your chole are ready to eat.
