- Prepare 1 cup maida
- Take 2 tbsp ghee
- You need 1/4th tsp crushed black pepper
- Use 1/4th tsp kalonji
- Prepare 1/4th tsp ajwain
- Get 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup refined oil
- Provide 2 tbsp cornflour

- Sift maida in a flat bowl.Add 1 tbsp warm ghee,baking powder,little salt,kalonji, ajwain and little black pepper.Mix well and add water and make a tight dough.Add 2 tsp oil and knead again to make a smooth dough.
