- Sab se phely ek pan mein 3 tbsp oil dal kar onion sauth karein phir is me haldi powder dalen aur mix karein phir is mein boiled mashed potatoes dal kar red chilli flakes, salt,zeera dal kar bhoona 5 se 7 minutes
- Phir green chilli, coriander leave dal kar bhoona aur flame off kar dun. Aur is ke small small bol bana Lein.
- Ek blow mein basan dal kar is mein salt,zeera 1 pinch, ajwain 1pinch, baking soda, red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Aur pani dal kar better bana Lein aur ALOO ke bol ko better mein deep kar ke garam oil me fry kar Lein golden brown ho Jay to nikal Lein. ☺
