- You need 200 grams Whittaker white chocolate blocks
- Use 2 large Betal leaves chopped
- You need 1 bowl Gulkand
- Take 1/4 bowl Coated silver Elaichi
- Provide 1/2 bowl Mouth freshener
- Take as required Edible green powder colour
- Take 8-9 drops Paan essence
Steps to make Paan Chocolate Bar:
- In a bowl, finely chop betal leaves. Add silver ilachi, mouth freshner, gulkand and keep aside
- In a double boiler, put chopped whittaker white chocolate compound and keep stirring till it melts.
- Once melted, turn off the flame and take off the bowl. Now add green food colour to it.
- Mix and temper the chocolate well till it turns shiny and cools down to room temperature
- Add paan essence drops to the chocolate and mix.
- In chocolate bar mould, put 1st bowl's paan gulkand mix as base and then pour 2nd bowl chocolate mix on it.
- Tap once to remove air bubbles if any. (Dont tap much so the base paan design doesn't disappears from base).
- Once set well on room temp, keep it in fridge fr 10-15 mins. Once done, demould it and serve.
