- Use 2 cup Rajma (kidney Beans)
- You need 2 finely chopped onions
- Use 1 tsp chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp coriander powder
- Take 1 tsp jeera (cumin)powder
- You need 1 tsp carom seeds
- Get 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1 tsp garam masala

- You need 1 cup vegetable oil

- Use 2 cup wheat flour
- You need 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Rajma Paratha:
- Soak Rajama overnight. Take 4 whistles in cooker and let it cool. Grind the cooked Rajama in grinder and make coarse paste. Take out the Rajama in a plate and mix all dry spices and onion.
- Take wheat flour add salt, sugar and 2tbs vegetable oil and make a soft dough like chapati. Now make small balls of Rajama mix and wheat flour. Roll small chapathi of wheat flour ball and stuff rajama ball and cover it and make a ball. Now make paratha.
- Keep a pan on medium flame and place paratha on it and cook by adding vegetable oil on both the side of paratha till golden colour. Paratha is ready to serve hot with any Chutney or tomato ketchup.
