  2. Take 11/2 Cup Maida
  3. Provide 41/2 cup oil or warm ghee

  7. Use 1/2 kg boiled and mashed potatoes
  8. Provide 100 gm boiled fresh green Peas
  9. Use 2 tbsps Oil
  10. Use 2 tbsp green chillies ginger paste
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves (kothmari)
  12. You need 1 tbsp Roasted Coarse Coriander Powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cinnamon and Cloves powder
  14. Take 1 tbsp Saunf (Fennel seeds-Varyali)
  15. Take 1 tbsp Aamchur powder

  1. For outer Ghugras Covering
  2. Combine Maida flour oil or ghee, lemon juice and salt mix well..add little water to bind into semi soft dough like roti.
  3. For Outer Ghugras filling
  4. Peel and mashed potatoes when warm.Add boiled peas to it mix well.In non stick pan add oil..heat add green chillies ginger paste.. saute for 30secs.Add chopped fresh kothmari..saute till water dry up.
  5. Add Prepare mixture of potato peas..mix and cook till little dry.Add remaining dry spices and salt.Mix well and Cool the mixture.
  6. To Make Ghugras.Take a small portion of dough..Roll out 3cm puri from it.Place 1tbsp of prepared Potato Peas filling..on one side as shown.
  7. Fold and seal the seam of Ghugras as shown with hand.
  8. Now make design on outer side seam.. of Ghugras as shown.
  9. SIMILARLY make all.. Ghugras about 10-12pieces from remaining dough and filling.
  10. Half bake 6pieces of above prepared Ghugras in preheated Airfryer for 10mins at 180.Cool…completely…at room temperature.
  11. Again bake these cooled half bake Ghugras in Airfryer for 10mins /till golden brown at 180.
  12. Half fry remaining Ghugras in hot oil..Cool and again fry for crispiness.
  13. To Make Baked Ghugras Chat.
  14. In deep Serving dish..place hot 3 Ghugras.Crush them lightly with hand.On it spread 2tbsp each of SPICY GARLIC CHUTNEY, SPICY GREEN CHUTNEY, TOMATO SAUCE.
