- Get 300 gm White peas
- Use 1 cup Potato cubes
- Use 1 cup Onion chopped
- Get 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger paste

- Prepare 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped
- Take to taste Salt
- Use 1 tbsp Turmeric powder

- Prepare 1 tbsp Coriander
- You need 2 tbsp Garam masala powder
- Get 3 tbsp Ghee/oil
- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Get 3-4 pieces Red chilli whole
- Prepare to taste Some spices (2 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 2 red chilli whole)
- Take As needed Coriander leaves for garnishing

- Get 2-3 tsp Lime juice

- Soak the white peas atlist 10-12 hours. - Boiled the soak peas and set aside.
- Heat oil/ghee in deep pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole and all the spices and satue till the fragrent.
- Add potato cubes and fry it till golden brown.
- Add onion,garlic and ginjer and satue. Add salt and all the masala and satue.
- Add tomato and green chilli and satue and cover and cook 5-7 min.
- Add boiled white peas and mix it. Cover and cook 7-8 min and add water and stir.
- Cover and cook again 7-8 min.
- Garnished with chopped Coriander,chopped onion,green chilli,sev and lime juice and serve hot the delicious dish.
