  6. Get Salt as per taste
  7. Take 1 tbsp cumin coriander powder
  8. Take 1 tsp garam masala
  9. Get 1 tsp sugar
  10. Provide 1 lemon
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  12. Provide 3-4 tbsp + for deep frying

  1. Mix both maida and wheat flour- add salt, oil and mix it well. Oil must be enough to hold shape.add water and bind semi soft dough.let it rest for 15 minutes meanwhile prepare stuffing.
  2. In a mixture jar- take Lilva, green chilli, ginger and crush it. Do not make fine paste.
  3. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil-add jeera and hing.when it start crackles add Lilva.
  4. Cook it on low flame till it separates the sides of the pan or raw aroma of the tuvar gone.and stir it continuously otherwise it will stick to the pan.(it will take 8-10 minutes)
  5. Add all the masala and lemon juice and mix it well- let it cool down until it can be touched.
  6. Prepare small balls from the stuffing and also from the dough.
  7. Roll thin puri from the dough- put stuffing ball over it, cover from the all side and give round kachori shape.Same way prepare from the rest dough and stuffing.
  8. Heat oil for deep frying- put one by one kachoris into the hot oil and deep fry the on medium flame till it turns nice golden and crispy.
  9. Serve it with tamarind chutney, green chuteng, fried chilli or tea.
