  1. Crush tuvar dana in chilli cutter. Crush green chillies and ginger in chilli cutter.
  2. Crush cloves and cinnamon piece in mortal and pastel and make powder.
  3. In a pan heat oil. When heated add crushed green chillies and ginger. Saute for sometimes. Add crushed tuvar dana and salt. Mix well. Roast for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle little water, cover with lid and cook on low flame. Stir in between else it may stick at bottom.
  4. It takes 7-8 minutes to cook well. Then add prepared cloves cinnamon powder and mix well. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Combine well. Cook for couple of minutes. Stuffing is ready. Cool down at room temperature.
  5. Prepare small equal size balls from it.
  6. For dough, in a mixing bowl take all-purpose flour. Add salt and ghee. Mix well and knead dough with enough water. (Not so stiff not so soft). Rest for 10 minutes. Make small balls from it
  7. Take a ball, roll out puri from it. Put stuffing ball in the centre and close by pleating. Here I made two shaped kachoris.
