- Take maida in a medium bowl and add all the ingedients, Mix well. Add some water and and mix until it becomes soft.

- Take some oil in a pan and let it heat for sometime.

- Take a part of dough and roll well untill it becomes thin.
- Cut into square shape and roll well.
