Instructions to make Matar Samosa:
  1. Wash the Green Peas properly. Grind it coarse.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add garlic paste and saute it. Add the ground green peas and all the other ingredients mentioned above.
  3. Stir for around 5 mins so that it cooks properly and is no more sticky. Let it cool down.
  4. In a bowl take maida. Add 1 Tbsp oil, salt and water as required to knead a tight dough. Let it rest to 10 mins.
  5. Make small balls of the dough and roll it out thin. Now cut it into half using a knife.
  6. Take one half and twist it to form a cone. Add a spoonful of stuffing to it. Apply water on the edges and seal it tight.
  7. Deep fry the samosa on high flame.
