  17. Use 1-2 tbs Chilli sauce
  18. Prepare 1-2 tsp Vinegar
  19. Provide to taste Salt

  21. Prepare 1 cube Chicken
Instructions to make Fried Rice:
  1. Heat oil and add ginger and garlic paste. Stir it well
  2. Add chicken cube mix it well so that it melts completely. Now add all the vegetables and cover and cook it for 7-10 mins so that vegetables goes tender and soft.
  3. Meanwhile in another pan heat oil and fry the beaten eggs (add a pinch of salt and black pepper) and crush it into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Now add all the spices to the vegetables i.e. black pepper, white pepper, zeera, chicken powder, salt. Add little water if needed.
  5. Masala dal ke 2-3 mins Achi tarah bhoon lein ke masala pak jaey.
  6. Now add boiled rice to the vegetables and add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and fried eggs and hara pyaz.
  7. Ab rice ko achi tarah mix karain or 2-3 min tak dum pe chor dain. Fried rice is ready. Serve it with chicken Manchurian or have it as it is🙂
