- Prepare 250 gms Paneer
- Provide 500 gms Matar
- Get 4 pcs Sliced Onion
- Take 5 pcs Tomatoes chopped
- Use 2 tsp Ginger paste
- Provide 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Use 3 pcs Green Cardamom
- Prepare as needed water

Steps to make Matar Paneer:
- Firstly,in a pan slightly fry all the paneers and keep aside
- Then,in a another pan add some oil after it get heated add all sliced onion and saute it until pink in colour.Then in it add ginger paste 2tsp and saute it for another 2 mins.
- After that, in it add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and chopped tomatoes. stir them all properly
- Atlast,in that add green cardamom. Give a light stir to it. Now add all matars/peas in it,mix it and transfer all in the pressure cooker with half glass of water and cooked it in a pressure cooker for 5 mins with one whistle just only to softens the matars.
- Lastly,take out from the cooker in a pan and in a high flame cooked it so that all the excess water dry. Now in it add lastly add all paneers mix them all.Cook again in low flame for 5 min. Turn off the gas Garnish it with some coriander leaves and ready to serve
