  3. Prepare 3 large tomatoes (roughly chopped)

  5. Prepare 6-7 garlic cloves
  6. Prepare 3 tsp Oil
  7. Prepare to taste Salt
  8. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  9. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. Take 1/2 tsp red chill powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. You need 1 bay leaf
  13. Use 1 inch cinnamon stick
  14. You need 2 cloves
  15. Get 1/2 tsp jeera
  16. Get 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi
  17. Provide 1 bowl peas
  18. Get as needed Water
  19. Provide Some coriander leaf for garnishing
Instructions to make Matar Paneer:
  1. Grind the all veggies (onion, tomato, ginger, garlic) make a fine paste.. Heat oil in the pan splutter jeera, bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon stick..put the grind paste and cook will till oil sperates frm it.
  2. Add all the spices (Turmeric, red chilli,coriander powder & salt) mix and cook well
  3. Now add kasuri methi and green peas cook them for few minutes.
  4. Add water and adjust the consistency and bring them boil. Now add paneer cubes cover it for 10 mins on high flame.(till paneer absorbed all the flavors).
  5. Finally add garam masala and cook it again for 5 minutes.. serve hot with roti or rice. Taste is yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹
  6. Note: 1- you can also add (deep or shallow) fry paneer as per your taste. 2- if you want some sweetness add 1 tsp sugar it'll inhance the flavors.
