  1. Use 1 kg shelled peas
  2. Take 4 medium size potatoes each cut into 4 pieces
  3. Take 2 medium size onions sliced
  4. Prepare 2 tomatoes grated
  5. Provide 1/4 tsp haldi (Turmeric)powder
  6. You need 1 tsp jeera (cumin)powder
  7. You need 1 tbsp dhania(Coriander) powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Kitchen king masala powder
  9. You need 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Get 1 tsp green chilli paste
  11. You need 4 tbsp oil
  12. Get to taste Salt
  13. Take 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Aloo Matar:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add the sliced onions fry till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste fry for a few mins. Add haldi powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and stir fry for few mins
  2. After fry the masala add the grated tomatoes and fry till raw smell goes and oil leaves the sides
  3. Add the peas and potatoes and stir fry till it gets mixed with the masala well. Add salt & enough hot water to cook the peas and potatoes. Cover and cook on medium flame till potatoes & peas are done. Then sprinkle the coriander leaves
