- You need 300 gm paneer
- Provide 1 bowl green peas
- You need 1 tsp Ginger paste
- Use 3 tomato paste
- Take 3-4 Green chillies paste
- Prepare 3 tsp Cashewnut and melon seed paste
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Take 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Get 1 teaspoon Shai jeera(cumin)
- Get 1 Bay leaf
- Get 2 cloves
- Get 1 Cinnamon stick
- Provide 2 Cardamom
- Take 1 tbsp ghee
- Get as needed milk
- Get to taste Salt and sugar
- Use 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Use as needed Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Matar Panner:
- First in a khadi add ghee. Then add the green peas add salt and just saute it for 2-3 min. Keep it aside. Now take the panner cut it into cubes and fry it in the same pan. For 3-4 min. Keep it aside.
- In a khadi add oil then add shai jeera and bay leaf. Then add the ginger paste. Fry it. Then add the tomatoes and green Chile paste. Fry it.
- Add turmeric, redchile, dhaniya and jeera and sugar. Now let it cook. Till it some oil starts coming out from the masala. Now add the paste of chawenut and melon seed. Some salt. And let it cook. Add little water if required. Now cover and let the masala cook till oil starts floating in top
