- Take 300 gm Mutton
- Provide 1 cup Matar peeled (matar ky dannay)
- Get 1/4 cup Oil
- Prepare 1/2 cup Dahi
- Take 2 Onion big

Instructions to make Matar Gosht:
- Slices onions.heat oil in a pan add sliced onions, fry to golden brown. Take out onions from oil & crush to a paste by hands or in mortal & pastel (hawan dasta).add choti Elaichi, long,cinnamon stick in oil and fry a minute. Add ginger garlic paste & fry till colour changes.add mutton & fry in oil till it's colour changes over low -medium heat.
- Mix lal mirch,dhania,salt in dahi & leave for 5-7 min.add 1 cup water in mutton,cover & let it cook for 10 minutes.add crush onions in mutton & fry.then add dahi in pot & fry mutton till masala leaves oil. Mutton should be half done till now. Add peeled matar in masala.add 1-2 cup water.cover & cook till mutton is soft & peas are tender. Check the consistency of gravy.if too thick,add some water.if thin then let it cook till required texture.
- Add hari mirch & sprinkle garam masala powder in end.cover turn off heat. Garnish with hara dhania. Serve hot with chapati & enjoy with Cookpad.
