- Take 250 gms Meethi
- Prepare 1 cup Matar
- Provide 2 Onions, medium sized
- Provide 1 inch piece Ginger
- Take 5-6 buds Garlic
- Prepare 15-20 Kaju
- You need 2 green chillies
- Provide 1 tbsp Ghee
- Provide 1 cup Malai (fresh cream)
- Use 1 Bay leaf
- Get 1/2 tsp Shahi jeera
- Provide 1 piece Dalchini
- Use 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Use 8-10 Black pepper
- Take 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

- First 250 gms Methi is cleaned and cut.
- Add in a pan 1 tbsp ghee for frying methi 3 to 4 mins on medium flame.
- Add 1 cup water in the same pan.
- Add onion, chilli, Kaju, garlic, ginger, black pepper & dalchini.
- Mix well & cover and cook 10 min on medium flame.
- After 10 mins close gas & cool properly.
- After cool remove water & grind into fine paste.
- Add in a pan 3 tbsp oil & add shahi jeera & bay leaf & fry 1 min.
- Add paste and fry for 2 to 3 mins.
- Add salt and garam masala & mix well & add ½ cup water.
- Add matar & cover and cook for 12 mins.
- After 12 mins add methi mix well & 1 cup fresh malai mix well add 4 tbsp water & ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- Cover & cook only 2 to 3 mins.
