- Take 1 onion finely chopped
- Take 1 tomato finely chopped
- You need 3-4 green chillies, chopped

- Provide 4 carrots ,grated
- Use 1/2 cup green peas
- Take 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
- Use 4 tbsp red chilli powder
- You need 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- Take 1 tbsp split urad dal
- Prepare As required Coriander leaves for garnish
- Provide to taste Salt
- Provide 2 tbsp coconut oil
