  1. For dough:- To make dough first, add maida,salt, oil, and cumin,and ajwain in one bowl and then add water as required and knead the dough.
  2. For kachori masala:-in one pan add fennel seeds,cumin seeds,and coriander seeds and roasted it at medium flame then grind it
  3. For kachori stuffing
  4. Heat oil in pan, add dry kachori masala,add hing,chopped green chilli,add ginger paste,mix it well for a minute,add chopped onion,mix it well,add salt,cook till onion become transparent
  5. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix it well,add besan,add mashed potato mix it and cook for a minute,add dry mango powder,sugar,garam masala,add coriander leaves and mix it well,turn off the gas and cool it at room temperature
